14 gauge steel

This is our desgin for a  truss that is being installed over a backyard Jacuzzi. They are built from 4″x6″ heavy timbers and bolted together with custom plates.

Here are the plates that are shown in red on the above drawing. These will be bolted with 5/8″ bolts to the timbers to form the truss.

A small project for a customer. 14 gauge cold rolled steel, finished in antique black with a satin wax.

This is a gate carriage that we designed for a 30 foot, 3000 pound cantilever driveway gate.

18 gauge steel finished in a black oxide

A Great example of a multi layer piece. Approximately 24 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Made from plasma cut 16 gauge steel and finished in a satin lacquer.

This is a custom fence gate in the process of being install and before the 2×6 tongue and groove oak boards were sandwiched between the panels.

Here is the gate after the wood decking is in. Poor quality picture.

We looked around and decided we wanted to build our own Plasma cutting table. We have since enlarged it to 4×8 from the original 4×4 shown here. It uses a Hypertherm 45XP Plasma cutter. We can cut up to 5/8″ steel plate in any design.
